1. Sat and waited 2 hours for technician to come fix lock on the room door that wouldn’t close, and then made to sit and watch him fix it, while waiting to put my son in bed, in the bed that wasn’t there (see point 2)
2. Extra bed that was ordered and confirmed was not there on arrival, only arrived 30 mins after the fix of the lock from point 1 (although reported at the same time, so that implies a total of 150 minute wait for the bed from reporting that it was not there to arrival)
3. Room was just not cleaned the one day, on discovery of and reporting of the problem, they were quick to come and clean. BUT the cleaners then removed the extra bed (the same one from point 2). After reporting that it was removed subsequently waited another 90 mins for the bed to be brought back to the room.
Wouldn’t recommend, certain that better hotels can be found
