Nice and polite staff:) It is obvious that the main hotel owners are from USA (Hilton Family) The parking places in the garage are bigger than European standard places. It is a lot of noise redusing plates (Feingelocht plates) with system in the garage area. And the garage is white and light. On the bathrooms you find well smelling shower shampo, shower soap for body and balsam. You can iron your clothes. The rooms are comfortable, with enough contacts for electric and light. The hotel is very suitable for both business and leisure. The price level is economic: The owners want satisfied guests by giving them good rooms with breakfest included for an economic price.

Check in was quick. Parking was limited and pricey. I can say the room was clean and the hotel felt very secure and safe. Complimentary breakfast was the standard. However, I wish they had a microwave so that the guess can heat up food they bring with them. Be ware very limited drink or snack option and very expensive. All in all it was still a great stay.

Excellent staffs and hospitality. Variety in buffet breakfast. This place is just 15 min walk from hamburg station and mostly quite location. Price meets the expectations. Room was clean, comfortable bed, large tv and modern interior. In-house restaurant was missing which is a must during holiday season when most of the places are closed in the city. Overall, it is a nice hotel and I would stay again.

Lovely hotel in Hamburg, near the main train station.
The rooms are spacious and clean, I couldn't have asked for more.
The entire staff was helpful and I always felt welcomed.
I can only recommend this hotel! I would definitely stay here again!

Like Hampton in the US. Good breakfast included. Rooms are modern and clean. No minibar fridge though.
Parking garage quite narrow, but that's Europe

Very good hotel. Clean, comfortable beds, big shower, large tv, gym, bar. Only improvement needed would be to offer more variety for breakfast

Family and kids friendly environment. We loved the waffle for the breakfast. Friendly and warm welcoming staff. Room was spacious enough. We stayed there with our 3 months baby and we liked it. Only draw back i would say is the public transport. But if we plan before hand, it shouldn't be an issue. Breakfast fast was really good.
