I would not call this restaurant Spanish-Portuguese. The only Portuguese dishes I saw on the menu were those that are also Spanish dishes. Nevertheless, our boquerones fritos and paella de mariscos were tasty. But don't expect almejas like in Spain, in that the northern seafood probably stays behind the Mediterranean. Since the place was quite full, the service wasn't the fastest, but nice and welcoming. Personally, I can bear with "traditional interior" if the place is authentic, but otherwise I just find it old and boring and would prefer more of a modern touch. Other than that you sometimes feel threatened by people passing in the aisle when you are seated at the little table for two on the side. The prices are on the level of normal German restaurants.
All in all, I would probably explore other restaurants in the Portuguese quarter before coming here again, but the food was decent, so it's not a mistake to visit this place either.
