Very good service by excellent staff (specially Janine)
Although the branch seems to be quite busy (I have only been there three times).
Open until 19:00 on weekdays.

Visited today as I'd just relocated to Hamburg from another city in Germany, and couldn't find my card. My German is poor, and the assistant was extremely helpful issuing another card. Very nice store.

If you are coffee junkie like I am, there is no way to miss this place. After shopping for your essentials you get a nice espresso on top!
