I really enjoyed it!
Although ordering there via tablet is intuitive, I can't foresee that the burger came with mustard, but thanks to the kindness of the service, they changed my order in a moment.
Very good meat and freshly baked bread. The drink was amazing.
I would repeat!

Great place for lunch and the service arrived incredibly fast. The food was very tasty and you order at the table on a touch screen. The staff were very friendly and helpful and when I entered the restaurant I was asked if I could pay with cash because the card payment services were down across Germany at the time.

Wow. This burger restaurant is quite unique. Located in the beautiful reviving downtown of Hamburg and approx. 5 min. walking ????u200d♂️ from RATHAUS.

I'm not going to harp on this burger restaurant because everyone knows it’s top notch. I really liked the idea of the pop-up menu screen that saves time to place your order.

What I will say about the food is the burger that I opted with additives to put on was in a whole other dimension. It was funny that I found myself wanting more and more of it. Even on the way home I was contemplating going back to get another burger or the sweet sweet potatoes ????.

Let's conclude this review; the place, hosting staff and food were beyond expectations ????.

I'm trying to be honest but the service was horrible! I waited over 30 min for 2 shakes that were made with soured milk. Then the nice gentleman that helped me gave me 2 coupons for free burgers and I came back to use them a day later. The waitress lady only took 1 coupon and said i ordered the wrong burger. My burger was undercooked so i basically didn't eat. I gave the second
Coupon to a family as I was leaving as I have no plans on returning.

Smooth and slick ordering process involving tablets sliding smoothly out from the table (I didn't expect that and it was such an intelligent way of maximising space).

Tried the burgerlich special burger, the chilli burger and the fish burger. Ah, the meat here is grilled well with the smokiness infused within the meat to give a melting explosion of flavour paired with the buns and veggies. Mmh, fantastic.

The fish burger was good too, I'm personally fond of fish so to taste some fresh grilled fish where it's NOT overwhelmed by batter or oil, that's a win for me. Perfect balance. Wonderful wonderful experience.

The idea of a contactless way of ordering with a tablet is put to practice really well in this restaurant. After placing the order, we didn't have to wait for 10 minutes to get the food.
Regarding the burger, here the salmon mango burger, because of its unconventional mixture of ingredients it was intriguing and the reason for the order. The salmon was medium cooked retaining its stability. Nevertheless, eating the burger just with hands is as expected close to impossible.
Furthermore, the mango pieces could have been a bit more ripe, i.e., softer and sweeter. All in all, the burger was not only something new, but also a fruity alternative with a touch of the sea instead of your standard beef burger.
The fries and homemade passionfruit lemonade were also top-notch.
