We went to BabyOne to look for a car seat for our 13 month old daughter (who hates being in the car). Marie immediately helped us proactively and gave us very good professional advice. She even made sure our car had all the prerequisites to attach the car seat. When the car seat we wanted wasn't available in the store and it would take too long to order it from another BabyOne store, she showed us exactly how to buy it with BabyOne.de online so that we would be able to get it within 1-2 days. We bought a car seat, good price in discount. The lady in that department was very friendly, patient, no rush feel, and gave us a complete usefull information.
Then she had to go and another lady came to help, also very friendly.
They took care of us nicely. For sure I wil come again.

very nice shop with lots of stuff for babies. however there was a broken cafe machine and there is no warmer for baby milk, also changing table does not have anything there. also some staff do not reply in english and they seems busy all the time.
overall it is good to visit but I prefer other baby one branches.
Update: reaerve at least an hour extra here since customer time is not valuable here. They tend to care for customers they like. Even if you ask you should be lucky to ger any response.

It is a big store with baby stuff. They have friendly staff, free coffee, and fair prices. Ugly from the outside, but a good place to buy all your baby stuff.

Big store with free parking. A bit of difficulty that staff could not speak English.
