My husband just came back reporting the worst customer service ever. They were rude, impatient and unprofessional plus in the end, they got the order wrong. I know Germany is not known for it’s friendly gastronomy culture, but I assumed a local pizza place would try harder. Trash! Don’t go there.

The pizzas were made by people that had maybe seen a picture of a pizza but had never actually eaten a real pizza.
Awful stuff with what was clearly pre-made frozen bought in bases, like soggy cardboard.

Probably the best pizza in Hamburg! Definitely the best staff.
