One of the best Indian restaurants in Hamburg. My personal favourite is the chicken briyani and chicken Tikka. Generous portions at a reasonable price.

Since I was in India I am searching for authentic Indian cuisine. This place offers the standard dishes in a good quality. But the biggest thump up for me was the service quality. The waiter were so quick, nice and one step forward. My personal highlight was the chai tea at the end because this one was 100% the taste from my time in India!

They use soda in food preparation. It makes your stomach fill faster but feels unpleasant after meal. Chicken has heavy food colors on it. Strict No to food. It is unhealthy.

I had been to this restaurent two years ago, due to their nice interior decor. The food was not so bad at that time. I randomly went to the restaurent again today, but the food quality and taste let me down. To be very honest, this is the worst Indian restaurent in Hamburg. I ordered Lamb Tandoori, which was no way near tandoori (except that it was hot and served in a hot plate). Next I tried the Lamb biriyani, which was just readymade masala spread allover the rice. The rice was so sticky, and this dish is no way near to biriyani. There was no flavor and mint in the biriyani. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Food is incredible and their yogi tea is a must-try! The place is wide and thematicly decorated. Staff is very nice. Bathrooms are clean. Big recommendation!

It has the worst food in the city. They call it Indian- but it is FAR from Indian. There are others like Maharaja, Dostana and many others which are way better than this restaurant. Very overly priced too- which i thought would justify itself with the taste- but to my utter disappointment. y advice- AVOID JALA
