Federico Campolattano established himself as the premier Italien fine dining restaurant of the region in record time. His food is outstanding and would do any Italien city honour. His exquisit art to focus on the natural taste of the best possible ingredients is masterly excecuted, he does no compromises to cater for German or any other tastes. He trained with the best chefs in Italy and graces Freiburg with his totally authentic southern Italien cuisine, full of surprises and innovation. Watch out for him to receive a Michelin Star soon! Gault Millau rewarded him with three red cooking hats! Wow!

The service is very friendly, attentive but not overbearing. They are very helpful and willing in accommodating dietary restrictions. The food is a great mixture of northern Italian classical ingredients with the chefs innovative approach. The wine list is a great selection of Italian wines from across the country. This has been the best dining experience I have had in Freiburg for a long time. The combination of outstanding food and service in a beautifully thought out ambience is refreshing and I hope this place will stay in business for a long, long time!

Waitress are very friendly and professional. Quality of food are good and very delicious. Will suggest take the "Eichhalde Minü", so can try various dish.
