Great vegan Thai Duck! The green Curry and the summer rolls are my favorite dish! Stylish, yet classic furniture and decoration. You can even eat thai-typical with pillows on the floor. Great food, lovely service and a authentic location!

I went there during summer and we could sit outside, enjoying the sun and the calm surroundings. I ordered tea (comes with a tea pot) and vegan duck (mine was unfortunately a bit dry). The beautiful plates make for an aesthetic food experience!

Things were clearly labeled as vegan which makes ordering really easy.

Back for the first time in over four years since leaving Freiburg. What a blast and throw back to great memories. Staff is still as friendly and food still as excellent as I remember, perhaps even better!

Vegetarian duck was too crusty and almost tasteless, suspicion: heated up/fried a second time. Can't be healthy. Had to wait for 1 hour until we got the main course. But rest was delicious and staff friendly.

Update: 2nd time going there we had to wait 40min for the appetizer, 80 minutes for the main course. "Healing Herbs" dish was mainly fried stuff in a watery sauce.

Totally overrun. Not going there again.

The first post-lockdown meal we have had. Restaurants were closed for so long we can't remember the last time we ate out. Chada Thai did not disappoint: it exceeded all expectations and we went home happy. Super friendly and quick service, fresh and delicious food.

Visited the restaurant, checking out the menu and the ratings assuming it would be excellent. Got the last table in the restaurant and waited an hour for our server to even give us just our appetizer. Ended up taking us 3 hours total, an hour after restaurant closing to receive our dessert (they had so many orders waiting they could not close). Understaffed. Food was nothing special, a lot more time used to make it look nice on the plate rather than actually tasting good. The coconutmilk soup with chicken was just tasteless, chicken was soggy and tasteless. Do not recommend this place at all.

Best Thai food I’ve had in a long time! Fresh ingredients, veggies are perfectly done. We really enjoyed the thai mango salad and pad thais. The homemade ice tea was also very very good. Nice atmosphere and despite it being very busy staff was very attentive to our needs.
