Amazing staff and very friendly waiters! They treat people with respect and are very polite. The breakfast please don’t change it, its great ????. It would be great if there is some tea or coffee plus water boiler in the room. The view is great and a cab ride to downtown is easy to order for about 15euros. Nice pool and cosy hotel. A small reduction in price (10%?) could bring in a lot more guests i think ???? Thank you for making happy memories for us and see you next time.

Awesome view from our balcony and nicely decorated rooms. The breakfast buffet was diverse and we liked everything we tried. ???? If you visit, make sure to take a dip in their swimming pool with an awesome terrace in front of it.

Had a one night stay last year... while traveling from Paris to Munich. Very helpful staff. good food, clean room and awesome view.
Forgot to give review before :) Planning to visit once again next week :) Hope to have same experience.

we valued the parking and the security, the very friendly staff, the comfort of the room. The evening meal was a bit of a letdown u0026 not good value (we have stayed a few times years ago and it was then great). sad to see the round tables are gone. We have never understood the need to have gaps on the balconies so you can glimpse naked neighbours and feel a bit unu003dprivate. The offence wine (merlot) was much enjoyed. We tried to buy some, but no luck. the spa facilities are good and the use of bikes a good idea too (we didn't use). We enjoyed the time at panorama, it was only the overpriced and a bit stodgy cuisine that spoilt it.

This hotel is very well maintained and very clean . Swimming pool very clean , bit cold
Breakfast is good but in summertime with open doors it’s full of wesps on the food u0026 while eating.
It’s very well located if you like walking in the forrest u0026 to the city ????

As always the Panorama Freiburg came up trumps. Friendly staff and excellent service. Always a pleasure staying there.

Great place to be. Beautifull location with lots of opportunities for walking. Nice rooms with plenty of space. Spectecular view over Freiburg.
