Great location. Short walk from train station and town centre. Very clean rooms. Free laundry service. Push on the kitchen cabinet doors to open them. We didn't know and thought the kitchen didn't have pots and pans.

Great location! Walking distance from the Hbh and into the Altstadt. The rooms are clean and nice. The neighbourhood is safe and relatively quiet at night eventhough it is located on a main street. Easy booking and your key is left in a box for you. We will stay here again.

Awesome, clean environment to enjoy. The booking process and check-in handling was superb. Especially during these testing days. Apartment is modern and has all commodities needed to spend a long time. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Boutique Aparthotel Friedrich for 2 nights last week.

What was good about the place (Pros) -
1. Its a great concept - very convenient
2. The check in and check out is smooth
3. Its a decent sized room
4. Its comes pre-stocked with basic items like a bottle of water, salt, sugar, coffee powder etc.
5. the room has Air conditioning
6. The old town is literally just across the room from the aparthotel.
7. They provide a list of all the grocery shops , restaurants and pharmacy in the close vicinity.

What was not cool about the place (Cons)-
1. The room was not cleaned too well. eg: the coffee machine and the floor
2. The bed and bath linens were old and faded and though maybe washed and cleaned, it felt dirty. They could definitely do with new fresh linens.
3. Lastly and the worst, the bathroom was smelling horrible. There was this nasty smelling emitting from the bathroom... not sure if it was from the shower drainage or elsewhere. And no matter what we did.. it never went away! If it wasn't for this stinking smelling, I would have given this place a 4 star.

Modern boutique apartment just across old town, with a nice outdoor lounge (to smoke or just chill out).
The "room" I booked is basicly a single room apartment with a small kitchen and basic cooking equipments.

Very nice and clean. Extremely well situated. As portrayed in their sites. Unfortunately my bed wasn't too good (it would sink in the middle). Wonderful staff. Hair dryer in the bathroom, good shower and small kitchen very well equipped. Highly recommended
