DONT PARK here. They close at 10:00 PM and there is no indication of the operating hours. Your car will be stuck here until the next day and you will have to pay for it. Sundays closed, so of you come late on a Saturday night, good luck until Monday. Plus, it is very expensive. If you have an emergency, you will need to pay security 45 euros and also for the duration of the stay to get your car out. Horrible sense of costumer service!

Don't ever park here if you don't want to get screwed by APCOA (company for the parking lot)!! If you arrive later than 22:00 o'clock, you cannot get your car out because they lock the gate - but this they don't make clear when entering! Only if you pay 45,-€ (!!) and wait half an hour for the security, you get your car out. Better park your car at the other parking lots like "Tiefgarage Karlsbau" or "...Universität" or "Rotteckgarage".

I found the interior of this garage to be rather confusing. Didn't find the Frauenparkplatze till on the way out, which by the way is a very tight steep curve, with incoming traffic appearing suddenly. There was no Kasse on our level P1, and thus had to retrace our steps, wait for the very slow lift, to the main floor to pay. Usually German parking garages have a clearly visible Kasse on each floor. This parking is convenient to the main shopping street but that's its only advantage. It was also expensive at 12.60 euros for a few hours in the afternoon. Much more than I usually pay at Offenburg.

Wonderful place, especially by night, hot water, palm trees, free body cares, located nust in the schwarzwald, a must to do

great location in city center and pretty nice to take break by the shopping/dinner or get warm before drive out.
