What a charming hotel. The location itself is ideal for wherever you need to get to. The room was very comfortable and so were the beds. It was spotless, as was the immaculate bathroom with lovely clean towels. Cannot fault the service during breakfast either; everything was delicious and very exquisite. All the staff we met were very helpful and welcoming. We're definitely returning.

The staffs are super friendly! The design is stunning and our room has wonderful view in the garden! Moreover the location can be better! It’s near the old town, shopping center, museums, restaurants…We are happy with our choices and hope that we enjoy our stay here.

Great City Hotel, a shame about the breakfast.
Excellent location in the center of the city in walking distance to everything. Extremely comfortable and nicely decorated rooms, and the staff are super service minded. Only the breakfast was rather dull, nothing special, all nicely done, just very very plain and standard, the eggs included, not much creativity going on in that kitchen. Rather disappointing actually. A shame as it lets the rest of the hotel down.

Stayed here July 2022 for 4 nights. Hotel is gorgeous and high end. Room is beautiful and beds are very comfortable; lots of space. Love the bar in the lobby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion, it would be helpful to get an overview of the room, how the tv, Bose radio, tv in the shower room works.

Sofitel always delivers high quality accomodation, food u0026 services, this place (Sofitel Frankfurt Opera, Frankfurt am Main) further brings an atmosphere of city get-away, especially in such a busy flight hub. A nice place to re-visit sometime. :)

Definitely a 5 star hotel. Service is amazing; everyone from the guy at the door to the ladies/gents at reception and overall staff.

Shout to my guy Ghaffar!! He went above and beyond for our needs in his night shift. Management better recognise him!!!!

Very nice hotel, especially the rooms. Service is outstanding and it's very well located in the centre. I particularly loved the little park in front of the hotel. However, the swimming pool and spa were very disappointing. It felt more like a mid-range health club rather than a five star hotel.
