First of all: the view is great! There's no better place in Frankfurt to enjoy a beautiful view on the Skyline!!!food is... Ok.... don't expect to much! Cocktails according to international standards... Nothing special! Everything a bit overpriced! But the view...????
Try to find nice guests to share a table... We had a bit of a problem... Because all of a sudden 3 terrible people joined us... Tattoos... Smoking like hell... Even when we were eating! Loud... Behavior simply vulgar! Worst of all: they obviously worked in the hotel... they knew all the staff members... And they exchanged all their professional problems... Guests... Bosses etc... That was really horrible! Hotel should try to avoid this!!!So if you can take care of the people joining you... You can spend a really nice evening here!

Rooftop bar is permanently closed. You can only chill in the lobby on the 1st floor.

Business, why can’t you update information on your Google Maps page so people don’t waste their time trying to get in?

Such a disappointment. You have to wait up to 1h to have a place because apart of the normal queues, the one from the hotel come always before you.
Than you have to wait 20-30min for the menu, 20min after you have decided what to drink but waiter does not come, 20min for the drink to come and 10min to pay. Come on… this kind of service is unacceptable. And there were only 16 drinks tables for 3 waitresses.
Than we talk about prices, 18€ for 0.15 glasses of wine, 6€ for a small bottle tonic water and etc… yes you pay the view, but for this standard of bar, you should keep the standard of the service and organization.
And cherry on top, when you don’t leave tip, you catch waitresses talk behind your back. Tip u003d good service and experience, not mandatory.

The roof top bar on the 6th floor is waaaay overrated. It’s an ok place. View is great. Music was blah...drinks were not extraordinary.....it was missing that extra pizzazz. Not something to tell home about.
