Food was fabulous, but the staff “waiters” are more interested in turning tables than serving clients.. Sad to say, but there’s got to be a better alternative

The food was amazing. Our waiter, Massimo, was even more amazing. However, the guy who cashed our bill, helped himself to a €20 tip. That ruined an amazing meal. So in spite of the great food, I would have to give this place a thumbs down, or carefully look at your bill on the spot after you pay it. They should change their name from Charlot to Ciarlatano.

Waiter wanted to give us table nearest the service area where people inquire. I wanted the next table. Waiter asked "what is the difference?". The difference is I am the customer and I wanted another table. He should have said "of course" as the customer is always right. Although food and service is good, the initial encounter gave me a bad image of the restaurant.

Strange approach to guests, rude waiters. They didn't want to serve only wine at the table and told us to go to the bar. We asked if it's possible to stay at the table since we had a nice location and we were told that only for 1 hour.

Great disappointment!

Worst service ever
The food is overpriced ant tasteless, I ordered a fish dish, it was served without spices, sauce or lemon, absolutely tasteless.
The waiter was rude, insulting, we had to constantly look for him and in the end, he even had the audacity to ask for a tip.
This restaurant is a shame to the Italian cousine.

The food was very good, but I have to say the service was terrible! I’m not one to write reviews but today the service was not only slow, but the server was obnoxiously rude (and that’s putting it lightly)!
I am sure there are plenty of restaurants in Frankfurt that you don’t need to go be disrespected just for a good meal.
I wish I had read the reviews before going because it seems like bad service at this restaurant is common. Our server refused to give me his name even (I asked around and apparently he’s the manager Klein). Make sure he’s not your server. He will make you over order and he won’t let you order what you want.

Super expensive for the type of food... The service extremely Bad. I cannot say it enough, we were treated super bad in this restaurant for the amount of money that we paid. When the moment of payment came the waiter was forcing us to and yelling at us to pay 30€ of tip, after a discussion his answer was "I can't keep arguing with stupid people". Of course we did not leave any tip because of his behavior, I don't think anyone WOULD.
Our lunch for 2 people was 175€, you would expect at least great food and great service....... Yeah right. If I could leave 0 strars I would!
Extremely bad service, extremely expensive and the food was a just OK. Definitely go and spend your money somewhere else. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
