We loved our stay at the Scandic Frankfurt! It Is in a very convenient location, close enough to the haufbahnhof, but far enough away that you do not have the vagrants hanging around. It is very clean and airy. The rooms are beautiful and I loved the layout of it. Donovan at the front desk was incredible and has amazing customer service. He helped us out with early check-in because we landed from our flight so early. We wanted to get a nap in and he let us do so! We really appreciated his assistance and his chats. Everybody at the hotel is super welcoming and warm. Can't speak for the breakfast because we didn't have it while we were there. Overall excellent location, comfortable beds, great small gym, and wonderful service. Service. If we were to stay in Frankfurt again we would stay here in a heartbeat

Loved the stay.
Good hotel with breakfast.
Rooms with the canal view is good.
Location is also good , 5 minutes walk from main train station and 10 minutes walk to restaurants.
Just opposite to the Main canal.
Would be nice if they can give one bottle of water as complimentary everyday.

I have stayed there for 5 days and booked 2 rooms to accommodate my family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I especially like the fact that there is no wall to wall carpet. It is much cleaner this way. The downside of the room is the leaking sink but they took care of the situation right away and moved us to another room. They were short-staffed on those days, maybe because they didn't expect a large number of travellers (lighter pandemic restrictions). So, it took time to ask questions at the reception. There was always a line. The staff were very polite and helpful nevertheless.
Location wise, it was close enough to the main train station by foot but there were dodgy streets on the way there. Going to the main shopping area would take more time so we always took the cab (also because it was scorching hot).

Great hotel! The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a clean, stylish bathroom. The interior of the hotel is very nice too. Staff was always pleasant. Breakfast buffet was quite good as well! No complaints at all

Stayed one night for superior best view room. Room itself not that much grand, but bathroom design, body lotion and bed were super. That room type got all mini bar drink included free of charge. But the best point about the room is the night view, which can be soaked in in bed very nicely

Great hotel. “Best view room” had a very nice view over Frankfurt’s skyline, with a comfy bed facing the (unfortunately stained) big windows. Beautiful minimalistic Scandinavian design. Breakfast was excellent with many bio/organic products and a nice choice of
Gluten free stuff.

Very nice, clean and cozy hotel! View from rooms on 19th floor is amazing! Staff is very friendly!

The only suggestion, renew your website as information on the website is a bit different from reality. For example on the website is says early check in for free, but on arrival it appears that it’s for a fee.
