Overall design is great. Spa is very nice. Reception staff is very polite and helpful.

On the flip side, the host staff at the bar is exceptionally rude (specifically the bald gentleman with the long beard). They refused to let my business guests into the bar (not for lack of dress code) and were very rude about it. I did not invite anyone to the hotel after this and took our business elsewhere. This is not at all how I expect my guests to be treated at the hotel where I am staying.

The housekeeping in the rooms was below par, water stains on the shower cabin door, on 2 out of the 4 days they did not replace the wet bath mats or provide dry towels. Coffee pods weren’t replaced either.

When we first checked in we were given a room with a table with a broken glass top. Our room was immediately changed upon request.

The focus of the hotel was very much on the party crowd, and it felt to me that general maintenance of the rooms and cleanliness was something they didn’t care much about.

Overall I would say it was not worth the money and attention to detail needs to be seriously improved.

Stayed for a weekend. Dinner was great (chicken tacos). Spa was good and not too crowded on Thursday/Friday. Housekeeping did come into my room on Friday morning even with my Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I liked the Baden Baden Roomers hotel better, but this was still a good option in Frankfurt. Bar has a dress code, no shorts. The outside area was closed around 10pm. Bar prices are high for the area.

Really gorgeous hotel, cool modern rooms, super clean, very friendly/professional staff, nice restaurant. Great outdoor patio. Friendly and helpful valet. The rooms very expensive and are quite small/cramped for the price...mini bar is quite expensive...but the quality is fantastic if you can get past the size/price.

Very interesting property and nice change from regular Marriott properties. The rooms were interesting and chic and the restaurant and bar of the hotel were good and fun. Only stayed one night while passing through Frankfurt but hotel was close to FRA and staff were friendly and helpful.

The vibe was similar to what I’d expect from a W Hotel, but perhaps more minimalist. Dark color scheme, EDM music vibe, a bar with quite a scene. Check-in was quintessentially German and efficient, if not clinical and cold. A welcome drink is offered.

The superior room category is quite small by US standards, and continues the all-black color scheme. Unfortunately, I felt the small size combined with the black theme gave the impression of a cold and stark prison cell rather than a welcoming home away from home.

The bed is average in comfort and the bedside tables lack any USB connectivity. There is only 1 electric outlet on either side of the bed, inconveniently placed near the floor.

Lighting is minimal as well, and very difficult to understand / control. The room was very warm by US standards (25c), and the HVAC never got below 21.5 despite running on full cold and full fan speed all night.

I redeemed a free night certificate for our stay; I would not return again for a paid stay.

I think younger and more cost-conscious travelers looking for a vibe would be happy. People looking for a proper 4-star experience might do well to look elsewhere.

Great place, professional and helpful staff.
The bar can be a funny place sometimes but makes for an interesting experience. Unusual, but stylish and attractive design of the place. 10/10 location

If u visited other roomers (e.g. Baden Baden) u will see the difference! This place is certainly nice, but too expensive for the service offered. Restaurant crew is not trained to standard, breakfast tables not fitted with "equippment"; it is the small things that make the difference, if u are willing to pay a higher price for a rwlatively small room. At night it is obviously allowed to smoke in the bar!
