Very clean rooms and amazing breakfast. Upgrade for a club room to gain access to more private dining and beautiful views over Frankfurt. The hotel is running a bit out of date with furniture but it’s staff makes it up. They are very attentive and friendly. Location is great too. Just a footsteps to the river Main and city center.

Overall a really solid business hotel for a short stay. Decent gym, good breakfast, good shower, great location for a run early morning along the river. Well located to get in and out quickly to the airport. Staff were really really friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend, no complaints here.

Good hotel, helpful and friendly staff that is ready to help you with whatever needs or questions you might have. The rooms were great, although a bit warm. Didn't hear a lot from other guests while in the room, it was great to have some peace and quiet.
We had the chance to use the club lounge which was a nice touch, good service there as well, great view, and of course good to have some snacks and drinks during the day/evening.

The price was reasonable.
Great view of the Main River. I recommend the River view side room.
The rooms and the overall looks old but under managed. Standard rooms are a bit small but not uncomfortable. Rather, the toilet is a bit small.
There is a machine that can press pants. It can be help to business man. Breakfast is normal but not bad. If you include breakfast at check-in, you can get a discount. (not sure it can be every time)
Especially the staff is very kind and friendly. Even though I was not native to English and German, the staff keep kind attitude and talked slow and detailed. After checking out, I returned to my hometown, and there was some issue with the payment, which helped me very actively when inquiring. Then they checked again that the issue was solved or not. (actually it was not hotels problem)
Not far from the airport, close to the train station and can be ride FlexiBus, which allows you to travel to other cities nearby. Close to the city center and good access to good restaurants and sights.

Stayed here twice. First time was for New Year’s Eve, which was somewhat of a let down. Just checked out for our second visit. While the staff did better this time around, the hotel is still a little older and has minor aspects that drive me nuts. The ATM is a good example - it’s a confusing “choose your own adventure” that results in you getting a poor exchange rate. I just do not need that kind of hassle while staying at the InterContinental. The gym was decent and the rooms are spacious enough. The location is convenient for access to the main train station and river walk. After staying in many IHG hotels, this one registers as one of the less stellar experiences.

I like this hotel, even though the decor is slowly getting worn. I have on every visit always been treated well. Underground parking is useful, especially in this area. Breakfast is perfect, when there is not a tourist group from the countries where they slurp and snort.
