Hotel is located in peace and good part of town.

Our room facing the courtyard provided ample peace. The bed was comfortable but maybe a little soft. Overall, the room would already deserve renovation. The hotel restaurant was closed on Sundays and Thursday, why?

A fair Novotel. Near the S line station and free ground parking. Not sure why they have to charge 20 eur per night for garage parking. Price is reasonable.

Quite some good restaurant nearby, and 15 mins walk to the museum is a plus for me.

I am allergic to something in the room which smells like a old rag. So, not a big fan. But they have this flavored sparkling wine, I like it!

They charged me 12€ when I arrived and they said it’s for the city tax while it shows included at booking!! The area is okay. The cleaning was less than okay because they didn’t change the towels or anything else, so they only made the beds.

I stayed here for 8 nights for business. It's a good and clean hotel but there are some negative points I must mention.

*PROS
-Clean hotel, staff is helpful
-Location is ok for business
-Asking vaccination certificates at both check in and breakfast.

*CONS
-Breakfast was very disappointing for a 4-star hotel. There is not much variety.
-There was even no bottle of water in the room, but kettle. Very ridiculous. There should have left a small one as I stayed 8 nights.
-Housekeepers didn't put a small shampoo tube even the previous one was finished.
-Housekeepers only took the garbage inside the bin. They didn't see the other items on the table. Very unprofessional.

The room was not something great. Old type but clean with all the necessary supplies. The carpet bothered me because it does not provide the required hygiene. They could have laid a laminate floor. The bathroom was full but with a completely uncomfortable sink faucet. One night, in fact, there was no running water until the morning. For breakfast there were the main meals without variety, but in the coffee drinks it was very satisfying. It could be improved quite a bit overall.
