Mercure Hotel & Residenz Frankfurt Messe

Disgusting! Will never stay in this place again even if they pay. Bugs everywhere in my room. Several different types of bugs crawling out of the bed. I think I killed about 20 before I gave up trying. They don't do well accommodating big groups. The extra blanket and pillow provided is used and has make-up. The bathroom was not cleaned and there was still trash in it from the last guest.

the stay at hotel was comfortable but only negative is that Mercure has removed water bottle and tea kettle from the rooms recently. At time of reservation it was published on site that room has tea and kettle facility.

When one pays such high price during a trade fare basic amenities (Water bottle in room, tea coffee facility in room) are expected.

Nice rooms. 2 min by trum to the messe. Nice breakfast and very nice dishes in the hotel restaurant for dinner. Very good service

Service was very poor. Location is not great. Amenities are bad. room cleaning was also basically non existent.

Nice staff, but that's about it. Had a family room for 4....it was too small, the bathroom has a glass window to the room (and the fringe curtain doesn't help with privacy). The room was really hot, AC wasn't strong enough to cool it down during the day, and when the AC was on it seemed to blow air into our rooms from other rooms (room started to smell like a smoker room and we don't smoke. Additionally, this bad air circulation makes me a little worried during Corona times).

I had dinner with my family at the restaurant tonight. We were 17 persons in total and had made a booking for dinner about a week ahead of our visit. The 3 course menu was already settled.
We were all looking forward to have a nice evening together enjoying our meal.
The service we met was so rushed, that we were out of the restaurant aften less than an our aften our arrivel at the restaurant.
There was no music no glasses at the tables. The soup was served without salt/ pepper or bread. The dessert was served before we had finished the main course. The cups were removed before the tea/ coffee was finished.
I recommend others to find another place to dine in.
I wonder if our ethnicity had any thing to do with the service we met.

It was quite warm despite there being AC. The room was to satisfaction with the only exception being the bed witch wasn't that comfortable. The rest was very good good food etc. Perfect for a 1 day stop. Less so for more than 2 day. Conclusion: perfect business hotel
