A beautiful hotel and a top class experience. Fantastic location wise. The staff are attentive, excellent, discreet and professional and take great pride in giving good service. We stayed in a standard room. It was well provisioned and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed too and we had a nice view. Strongly recommend, we will be back.

The location was amazing, cozy room at the decent price and huge variety for breakfast it would have been a perfect place, only if the kitchen staff were nicer and kind. The lady actually shouted at someone who asked for a cheese refill at the buffet.

They had clean rooms. They were very willing to give us our room well before check in time. They also had wonderful all day complimentary coffee tea and snacks. And most of all their front desk was always friendly and willing to help. The hotel is also conveniently located around almost all of the major shopping stores!

Clean, pleasant with a reasonably good continental breakfast included. Good place for short stay. 5⭐'s for being dog friendly and the location (right in the heart of the town center and close to the central train station).

Excellent location and staff. An excellent price when it comes to value. However, if you have a large amount of luggage, you'll suffer! The elevator is tiny and almost has room for 3 persons.

Rooms are VERY noisy. You can hear next door room's TV as if it is your own. Not recommended if you want to rest at night.
Location is great though.

Poor place, location is good.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom, the shower did not flush so I was standing until my ankles in the water.
The breakfast was very basic, there was a hair on my cheese which was a bit disappointing.

Hotel management did not want to offer any compensation, they were sorry but couldn't help it.

Would not go back or recommend.
