This is the best way to get to know town; fuss with driving or parking. The staff was fantastic. I had my dog with me, and they had no issues with him coming on board; they went out of their way for him. They spoke excellent English, and you can pay with Apple Pay.

The tour was nice. I recommend it if you don’t have time for walking around the city (or just don’t like it). There was an audio guide (available in multiple lenguajes) about the famous points and buildings of the city, which was ok but some more content would be appreciated because there were some long silence spaces. Also it was annoying that the Express Tour was supposed to departure every 20-30mins but when I arrived to the stop they said that the express tour was at 5pm which was 2hrs after that time.

No wifi on board. Staff very rude. Driver didn’t stop at some stops. I paid the more expensive ticket instead of the cheaper ones as they said there are 2 routes. Apparently, it was a combination of the 2 routes and just an hour. Red line says it’s 2 hours and green line 1 hour. It also says there’s a “free” boat ride. I went to the boar stop and they said it was not included. I paid for the boat ride just to keep my day busy as I thought I would be around the bus the whole day. Would not recommend.

The leaflet tells you the bus will stop so you can hop on and off where you like. The only place the bus stops is at a traffic light. I have counted 2 stops. The tour would take 2 hours, but whithin an hour we were back at the starting point. Information about touristic places is good when it comes to the huge buildings, but I feel it leaves you in the dark when it comes to historical buildings.
Also: not friendly when checking in. Not personally, but I've seen the hostess bark at people who would like to have extra information.
No, spend your money on a good tourist guide and do it by foot. City is not that huge. Never again and wouldn't recommend it.

We waited for almost an hour at Messe Stop together with another couple who nearly wanted to give up waiting. They waited much longer than us. Then we found out from the driver that the frequency is 1hour. That is too long. We then had the 1st level seat in a hot afternoon but the semi-transparent window block the view and worst of all the audio is not working at all despite changing seat. There is a need for much improvement.

We paid and took both tours, the Express and the Skyline one. We regret that.
The staff was rude and condescending. The two tours overlap by more than 50%, so not much value in taking them both. The sound narrative was mostly out of synch with the tour progress, and it was 90% about the modern buildings of Frankfurt, how tall they were, how they have been constructed, how many trains pass through etc., not much about the history of the city, its famous son, Goethe, ....

To make things even more unpleasant, the driver switched off the AC on a summer day with temperatures around 38C.

The tours are not worth our time even for free.

All seats on first floor are useless, all windows have a semi-transparent film that screws the outside view. Also we had to wait for more than 1.5 hours under the rain for the bus to pass over the natural museum stop, while the "green line" bus (the other company) stopped 3 times meanwhile.
