For locals. Lacking in service but the service wasn’t necessary bad. I wasn’t quite sure if the waitress/bartender was ok with us being there or not.

I went to use the mens bathroom and slightly opened the door and saw someone using the urinal. Decided to wait outside the bathroom. Maybe the guy just didn’t want to use the lock. Well there was no lock. When I used the urinal an older gentleman came right in, door wide open and I could see all the way to the front window. Everyone in between could see me including the bar employee and any one that may have been looking in from the sidewalk. I wanted an authentic German restaurant and I got it but it wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. The prices and food where good. Just had a full salad and chicken soup. Not a place I’d try again.

This is a local bar where the locals hang around. You could see them playing cards and reading books. They are very friendly but may not speak english (including the bartender). But you won't feel out of place and beers were fantastic.
So stop for some beers and relax. The worst case scenario is you walk out having some good german beers.

Definitely a locals bar. Service was efficient, but lacking personality.

Not a friendly place at all. At least to anyone who doesn't speak German. Also be aware that if you use a credit card there is a 20 euro minimum. But there was no way I would ever spend that much there. The whole time I was there I felt like I was crashing a party uninvited. I finished my beer and left right away.

Went there on accident for a Sunday afternoon for a soccer game. Very intense game atmosphere. Nice place for a beer and the game.

Nice place...simple ambient but with tasteful food.
