The rooms are big and beatiful. The thing is, it kinda smells weird. Like something chemical or plastic which is pretty disturbing. I'm sure it's not like that in every single room but we booked 2 rooms and they were both smelling weird and bad. The beds are pretty comfortable and I liked the design of the rooms. The view is also very nice, the hotel seems safe. It's close to the river. But it does deserve the price.

Hotel garage does not open - no one answers the bell.
Check card as security 26 Euro parking fee per night.
Room on the 3rd floor overlooking the street - very noisy, if window open - no nice view. Room large but furnished with bulky furniture and no style. Sofa with hole in the cover, TV stands in the middle of the room as an obstacle.
No coffee maker but only kettle and tiny sachets of instant coffee.
Viewing platform on 23rd floor closed due to Corona.
Sauna only 45 degrees instead of 90. It has to be turned on first at 4pm. After calling the reception.
Steam bath was cold.
Tiles in pool and entire spa area extremely slippery.
Lockers cannot be closed because the batteries are dead.
No towels in the wellness area. No service in the wellness area.
The rest area is very noisy due to a fan.
Swimming pool is not usable before 10am- so swimming before breakfast is not possible.
Breakfast for 36 euros is very, very expensive!
In the middle of the night, 3:30 then fire alarm and evacuation of the building. The morning after then no info, no apology!!!
Staff with only little knowledge of German.

Hotelgarage geht nicht auf - niemand meldet sich auf die Klingel.
Scheckkarte als Sicherheit 26 Euro Parkgebühr pro Nacht.
Zimmer im 3.Stock mit Blick auf die Straße - sehr laut, wenn Fenster offen kein schöner Ausblick. Zimmer zwar groß, aber mit wuchtigen Möbeln und ohne Stil eingerichtet. Sofa mit Loch im Bezug, Fernseher steht mitten im Raum als Hindernis.
Keine Kaffeemaschine sonder nur Wasserkocher und winzige Tütchen mit löslichem Kaffee.
Aussichtsplattform im 23. Stock wegen Corona geschlossen.
Sauna statt 90 nur 45 Grad. Sie muss um 16 Uhr erst eingeschaltet werden. Nach Anruf an der Rezeption.
Dampfbad war kalt.
Fliesen im Schwimmbad und gesamtem Wellnessbereich äußerst rutschig.
Spinde lassen sich nicht schließen, da die Batterien leer sind.
Keine Handtücher im Wellnessbereich. Kein Service im Wellnessbereich.
Im Ruhebereich ist es sehr laut durch ein Gebläse.
Schwimmbad ist nicht vor 10 Uhr nutzbar- also schwimmen vor dem Frühstück ist nicht möglich.
Frühstück für 36 Euro ist sehr, sehr teuer!
Mitten in der Nacht 3:30 Uhr dann Feueralarm und Räumung des Gebäudes. Am Morgen danach dann keine Infos, keine Entschuldigung!!!
Personal mit nur geringen Deutschkenntnissen.

Great room, excellent facilities including pool/sauna and great restaurant with patio dining. The staff were friendly, always greeting me by name. The room was spacious and featured some kind of really special, comfortable pillow. Beautiful view of the river from my room!!!

Wow what’s a gorgeous hotel! Location on the Frankfort River is absolutely gorgeous and the hotel itself is amazing! We never wanted to leave! Yummy food and a great time! Thank you! I can’t imagine finding a better place to stay in Frankfurt! Wow!

I’ve stayed in here for a company workshop in April. It is a nice hotel, nevertheless there was a annoying scent in my room that made me keep the windows open. But this was not the major problem.. Unfortunately I forgot a small bag in my room and realized only at night, when I arrived home. The next day I called the hotel and asked them to save it as I wanted to pick it up, but the response was that they have not find anything.
This is completely unacceptable as I know exactly where I have left my bag inside the room. If it was not there anymore (or was not reported) is a huge compliance issue.
I’ve shared my phone number in case they find my bag, but until now (3 weeks later) there is no feedback. l assume I will not have my bag back….and I shall never stay here again…what a pity.

Immensely disappointed. Booked a room the same afternoon of an unanticipated, last minute stay. Our only qualification was working AC, in light of the European heat wave. We twice were given assurances—on the phone AND during check in that they had working AC. Our room was muggy and hot upon entry, but we thought we’d give the system a chance to work at full duty. Several hours later, when it was clear that there was absolutely no cooling effect in the room (which in fact had grown even hotter throughout the course of the day, we called the front desk. They told us, plainly, that the AC doesn’t work. We asked for a different room, and they advised us that all rooms would have the same issue. We asked for an ancillary cooling unit or fan and than explained that they have none.
Dishonest and disappointing misrepresentation. Add to that a complete service failure by the front desk.

One of the best experience ever, room was too good, view from room is just amazing with skyline in one side and Main river in other.
Kudos to staff, very polite, nice and always ready to go extra mile.
