Noch nie so ein unfreundliches Personal erlebt. Ich habe kurz meine Tasche auf den Stuhl gestellt, um mein Portemonnaie rauszuholen und wurde direkt angefaucht, dass ich mich da nicht hinsetzen darf, es gelte 2G+ ( Sie hat nicht mal nach meinem Status gefragt) aber ist direkt davon ausgegangen! Hab dann versucht zu erklären, dass ich nur das Portemonnaie rausholen möchte dann wurde sie noch lauter "Gehen Sie da weg, verstehen Sie nicht 2G+?" !

Der ALLERLETZTE Service, ich hätte mich setzen können aber würde es nicht mal machen, wenn ich dafür bezahlt werden würde!!!

Nie wieder in diese Filiale !

Leckere Brötchen, aber der Service lässt zumindest Samstagsmorgen um halb 9 sehr zu wünschen übrig. Belegtes Brötchen mit Schinken gibt es nicht, mit Salami auch keines fertig. Dazu ein nicht gerade freundlicher Gesichtsausdruck und Tonfall. Es wurde uns auch nicht angeboten zu warten, bis man Zeit hat uns zwei Brötchen zu belegen. Dann noch große Diskussion über eine Brezel, die bestellt war, aber nicht ausgegeben wurde. Die Überforderung durch den (zu erwartenden) Andrang Samstagsmorgens am Kunden auszulassen ist unprofessionell. Die Karte mit den belegten Brötchen wurde nach unserer Bestellung dann schnell weggeräumt. Nicht dass noch jemand auf die Idee kommt etwas zu bestellen.
Zu guter Letzt deftige Preise mit € 3,65 für ein Camembert Brötchen.
Leider daher nicht empfehlenswert, schade.

Das Personal am Walther von Cronberg Platz ist das Beste was man sich vorstellen kann! Freundlich, kompetent, immer gut gelaunt. Die Filialleitung hat den Laden im Griff und bedient zuverlassig und führt die Kollegen sehr gut. Nie werden vor Kunden Kollegen „getrimmt“ oder man hört ein böses Wort. Es gab mal eine seltsame Bedienung. Die ist aber schon lange nicht mehr da!

Negativ sind die immer schneller wachsenden Preise und wie in der Hauptverwaltung mit Beschwerden umgegangen wird.

Dort sind die Leute nicht selten pikiert bei Feedback. Oft wartet man auf die Umsetzung auch wenn mehrere Kunden sich beschweren! Es liegt nicht am Personal, sondern an der HV, wenn etwas nicht stimmt!
Und sorry: Belegte Brötchen über 3 € - das ist weder die Ware noch die Leistung wert. Im Vergleich ist ein Döner nur 1-1,50 teurer und das ist der Wert von mind. 2-3 belegten Brötchen!
Ebenso andere Preise (bspw sind Brötchen und Stückchen viel viel zu teuer). Es gibt keine armen Bäcker, die Preise sind nicht mehr zu rechtfertigen und ihr werdet immer mehr an große Ketten verlieren, wenn die Chefetage zu viel verdienen will - denn arme Angestellte von Bäckereien gibt’s genug!
