I stopped into the store on my layover yesterday and the assistant manager was so helpful. She was able to help me find the pair of pants I was looking for and the super kind sales girl from Australia pointed me towards her Stammtisch for a great cup of coffee. I would recommend this business to anyone thanks to the great staff.

Disappointing, went to the shop as a customer to buy something five minutes before closing. The sales person or someone saying she was the mangers assistant rudely told me they were closing in five min, I said I know and I know what I want which I promptly selected and took to the cash register where our unfriendly assistant manager came to cash out and immediately stayed shouted you cannot return the purchase which is incorrect anyway. Bottom line this lady did not want customers . Did not want to sell, did not know the basics of customer service. If I was the owner I would be worried how much business this person is losing. The person also refused to give their name when I told them I want to complain about the service so if you go to this store avoid the assistant managers I ran into today at 18:55, because she will not want to help you and rather wants to close the shop.

Such high quality products and fantastically designed. It’s comfortable and looks great. By fare the best running shorts that I have. The store is very modern and has its own joga Studie.

As usual Lululemon entire quality of customer service and enthusiastic manner, this particular store also well deserved to get 5 star for sure.

Always nice staff! Superior quality of products and I just love the aesthetics. Once I tried their pants, I never went back to wearing jeans anymore.

Bought an item but canceled, given a voucher but not working, bought an item online, tried to return them but order number not working , sent email, just keep saying it s working. Very poor system and service for items price. Never agein

One of my best Lululemon experiences! The educators were very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. I told them I was new to the area and they gifted me a pass to a local cycling studio! They went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch.
