Standard McDonald's but with the dirtiest toilets I've ever had to use. All the urinals were bagged and out of action. The toilets that were working were nothing short of disgusting, reminded me of the toilets from the film train spotting. They even have a guy checking your receipt before you can use the toilets to ensure that you are a customer or its a 50 cent fee. The receipt man's time would be better spent cleaning the toilets.

Its was nice and the dessert was fresh and lecker, but was as usual very crowded, aber my children love come there because the Mitarbeiter are very nice and friendly

Mc Donalds - with a long queue to place your order on the few large touch panels available. Delivered at a reasonable time at the table - but the burger was almost cold.
Tight place - didn't like the atmosphere with all artificial lighting at all.

Very crowded. Somehow, its payment system is kind of problematic. I placed an order via the kiosk and it could not accept my credit card as a payment. So I had to stood in another line just to make a payment. Somehow, it's messed up.

Nice outlet located at Hauptwache Bahnhof Staff is good. Special mention for Ms. Lubna .She was very polite and helped us arranging our group of kids in one corner for a small celebration at short notice. Keep up the good work ????

I don't have a nice experience.I ordered 4 big mac menus and got nothing as I ordered. Missing was 3 coca cola and 2 french fries. I paid 33.86.
