Perfect location! Old but clean and spacious rooms. Restaurants, Bars, public transportation, nightlife everything within a few short steps. Definitely recommended.

Rooms were nice, price was moderate.
All info online still says there's breakfast, but there isn't.

An old hotel, very charming. Phantastic staff. All clean. Was closed long in Corona years. So they are still doing maintenance.

The location is great, less than 5 minutes walking from the main station; it's actually located in the "good" part of the main station district, the other one being full of drunk/homeless/criminal-looking people, sex-shops etc. The breakfast was nice, friendly stuff, free bottle of water u0026 instant coffee in each room (which is usually missing in other hotels). Except of this, the rooms are extremely small, forget about any normal view, the safe in my room was an old-generation one with a key (which I am supposed to take everywhere with me?!). And yes, the WI-FI was terribly slow. As I was staying a bit longer in Frankfurt, I tried different hotels in the city, so this one seems to be a bit overpriced. Anyway, if you don't have where else to stay and are visiting the city for 1-2 days, I could eventually recommend the hotel.

Front desk staff was a bit rude had to wait almost 40 min after the check-in time for our room to be ready and then they let us sit there for another twenty min. Without letting us know our room was available. The rooms bathroom were dated but nice, not very well cleaned mold all over the shower and no AC. Glad we only stayed a single night. Not worth the price.

It is one of the worst hotel I have had experienced.
Nevertheless, to be fair I start with the the positive thing that is the location of the hotel. It is very near to the central station with 3 minutes walking distance.
However, (i) hotel's staff, especially the senior lady in the reception, are very rude, aggressive and impolite. When you regard her she didn't answer you at all. The night shift staffs which are younger in the reception are significantly better and helpful.
(ii) Both room they showed us was extremely dirty and even the bathroom drain didn't work properly.
(iii) The internet is too slow and unreliable. We are there for couple of days and I should work there, but can't manage it with their catastrophic network.
Definitely this hotel is not a 4 star hotel and I wonder how there is a lack of regulation to check the quality and stars of hotels in Frankfurt.
