But, is it so difficult to have a person only to answer the phone??? I just need a new Überweisung and I want to find out when should I come to pick it up!

Very professional and good doctor. I've had a runny nose all my life but he checked meticulously and gave me one spray. I got rid off sneezing. He is very calm and speaks very well English. I definitely recommend this doctor

I moved to Germany in 2010 and as I have chronic ear problem First thing to do was to find a good ENT doctor. After some desapointments a friend of mine suggested me to see Dr. Erb. I did not only find an extremely professional doctor but also an amazing human being. I am glad I found him and could not be more thankful!

Do not answer the phone, do not react to e-mails.
Really have no need to care for patients.

Impeccable place and a extremely attentive physician. I was very happy that communication in English was easy!
