-poor service. One of the staff was really aggressive and angry which made us disappointed

-you cannot use a credit card, only cash. They don't even mention that

-I ordered yogurt shake(as u can see on the photo below), but it was different from what they show on the menu and tasted awfwl. Not a ”shake”, just yogurt without sweetness.

-SLOW service

The price could be a bit cheaper for its quality.
Personally, I recommend you to go to a Thai restaurant next door. They also don't accept credit card but looked tastier:)

Very delicious food and very high quality ingredients too. Service is cheerful and friendly and the atmosphere is very warm, with nice decor and music. The meal was cheap, filling and delicious, so I would strongly recommend Istanbul for anybody who wants a simple döner somewhere quiet away from the busy mayhem of Zeil.

Average taste, but it made me really thirsty afterwards. The man at the counter was really friendly. But the female waitress was a bit rude.

Amazing turkish food. It is located very near to main street of the shopping district of Hauptwache. It is easy to find. The place is spacious with nice amnience and staff are friendly. Really love the turkish coffee.

Excellent food, really really good.
Try the meat kebab, and sheesh tawook, and their shawarma... Aka doner... That's all I tried, I'm sure other dishes are as good, and their Turkish tea looks amazing, didn't get a chance to try it. And they unfortunately do not have take away cups for it.
Oh, their service is good too!

Nice atmosphere with Turkish pop music lifting your mood. Pleasant staff, quick service. Reasonable price.

Very delicious food with fast service and very reasonable prices! Try the desserts!
