DO NOT waste your money on this place! This was absolutely a scam and the rudest staff I have EVER seen. There is literally NO RESPECT for the guests. The rooms ARE NOT at all what the pictures say they are. The carpets, beds, bathroom, and sofa were disgusting. There were stains of BLOOD in my bed. After a big fight with the reception, we were thrown a card that was supposed to have the manager's number, but it was to the hotel itself. BIGGEST SCAM I HAVE EXPERIENCED.

I booked one room for my family, but when I got the hotel they forced me and sold 2 rooms. I applied to all people in the hotel but not a response, even they refused canceling my booking.
The rooms were very noisy in the night, no air conditioning system.
Breakfast was good.

The room was only ok for maybe one night, no AC and it’s very small, I couldn’t even open my big luggage completely. As for the noise, I was anyways not expecting to have a quiet night near the train station of Frankfurt…
!Be careful! The server at the breakfast was very rude and not respectful at all.

I will never entering this hotel. The receptionist are so arrogant. Few days ago. I went to ask how the room look like. And he said " you come here to rent the room not for buying property " OMG this guy disgusting!

The location is very near to the central station, the ladies at the reception were very nice. the room was okay for its price. No aircondition. Our room was facinh thr main street so it was really noisy, the window is also broken, the sheets are a little dusty as well. When we ate breakfast, the employee was rude. When we came in, all of the tables are not cleaned so we waited but it was taking too long so we decided to move the dirty plate to the side. When he came he didnt even bother to clean the table. We even asked him nicely to give us utensils but he just looked at us and proceed on cleaning the nxt table for the new guests. We waited for almost 5 minutes but he never came back. We were really hungry and was in a hurry because we have a tour at noon time so I took the liberty to take the utensils from the corner but he got mad because he said, he is the only one authorised to do that. He shouted so loud that other guests stopped eating. I quietly went back to my chair and didn’t say anything. He didn’t even gave us coffee.

No air conditioning. Not even a fan. Desk staff the most indifferent I have ever met. Elevator on its last legs. (Only 1 elevator.) Room for 2 (maybe)
Breakfast buffet was the worst I have had in Europe.

Doors broken. Shower defective. AC not working. The lift almost kept us inside, it was a nightmare. Nevertheless, architecture is beautiful.
