It's the most impossible customer service experience I have ever had. We ordered at 9:25pm. The place was a mad house with 30 orders in. More orders came in after us. At 10pm we were the last number on the screen waiting for our food.

We went over to ask the manager where our food was. Some friends of his came to the side and asked for some free food. He gave them a crispy chicken, four orders of fries, and an order of nuggets for free. He then walked away with our receipt to get our order.

A minute later he came back with a handful of cheese burgers and said it was the end of the night and they were out out of food. We know EXACTLY where our order of crispy chicken, fries, and nuggets went. He gave them to his friends.

He then gave us the cheeseburgers (no fries, we are out now!) and turned to walk away. We then reminded him we had drinks. He asked for our receipt, the one we gave him that he walked away with. We told him he had it. He said he didn't. He then got us two cokes. (not the drinks we ordered) and turned and walked away, but not before telling us the store closed at 10pm and we couldn't eat in the restaurant.

I know this all sounds absurd, but it's exactly what happened.

I had Crispy chicken burger and a plant based long chicken burger yesterday from burger kind at Frankfurt am main hauptbahnof as I got bored of having the burgers that I prepare at home, and I so loved them!

They were not so pricey either. I was hungry like a beast and a couple of them made me feel so full :-)

I wish they added a little more amount of sauces though because it felt slightly dry without coke.

But I deliberately didn't get coke this time as I wanted to feel the chicken in my mouth without diluting or mixing the taste with some accompaniment.

Ordered from this burger king and somehow they lost the entire order and just packed in random food. The items in my bag werent even worth what I paid. They shorted me about €30 worth of food. Also, I ordered a lot of veggie things and everything in the order was chicken or beef. Worst burger king ive ever dealt with.

I would rate this BK with 2 instead of 3 but it is located in a really nice place.
The service was ok but I don’t know if you are making savings by putting almost nothing of salad and tomatoes. Poorly prepared.

Nuggets where good ,but my ice tea I ordered tasted like soup and the middle size chips where small ,but the pidgins where adorable

Guys its a central station burger king, why are y'all expecting a 10/10 louis vuitton customer experience... They are always open for when you need them, they are actually really quick and always get my picky order right.
