Very comfortable, with a very nice view towards the platforms, and good and friendly service with complimentary food and drinks.

First class lounge is great, worth the extra investment if you have a long wait. Staff is super helpful and friendly offering complimentary drinks(inc. alcoholic) and foods both sweet and savoury.

Seats are comfortable and the free internet while not the fastest at least works consistently.

Very busy during evening rush hour so you may not be able to get a seat.

14:17, Monday 17. September. DB Lounge. Although there are not so many guests in the room, 12-14 and a more than sufficient resourcing of 5-6 DB employees that do not move a finger. They hang out at the counter chatting about their own business. Guests, have to kindly ask for service, they barely look at you and take copious time to follow up.
Prompt customer care does not belong these people. Awful service. Very disappointing.

Nice and quite lounge, friendly staff. Worth it if you have to wait for you train. Drinks and some snacks are available free of charge

Its a really great place but would have been even better if they offered a small selection of breads i.e something to eat.

Among the DB louches the one with the best view across the tracks. Great personal and an spacy area adds to the most positive experience.
