We bought a City Pass and had to go here for the actual voucher. The two ladies working here are extremely helpful and kind. It was a wonderful experience and set the stage for the rest of our trip in Frankfurt. Thank you.

Philip was very helpful suggesting how to make the most of my 3 hour visit in the city! You can fit in so much in such a limited time, seeing and experiencing what great things this city has to offer! I'm glad I stopped by here before I started exploring on my own, which I typically like to do.

Good service...but they have free map only without sightseeings...for map with sightseeings you have to pay...
