Ordered cappuccino but tasted like milk.
Matcha latte had no taste of matcha - badly done.

Possibly the worst coffee I've ever had. We ordered an iced capuccino and a chai latte. The iced cappuccino was so weak and disgusting. The chai latte tasted like spiced dirt milk. Absolutely no care put into these beverages. A waste of ~9 euros.

There was only one, obviously unexperienced, staff, who is in charge of the whole store. After I got my coffee, there comes a guy, who is obviously not working for coffee fellows, and he just walks into the service area and takes the ice cubes for his own drink. Using the ice shovel from the store, he puts some ice cube AND the shovel (submerged) into his cup with unidentified liquid. The young staff just let it happen. In short, if you are looking for a coffee a la COVID, this is the place to go.

Worst Coffee Fellows ever. Staff was arguing and being unfriendly. Sweating onto the bagels. The Cappuccino and Frappiato looked and tasted like a toddler mixed random ingredients.

Didn't have the sought after muffins on two occasions I was there. The staff couldn't be bother to supply adequate answer beside no.

I ordered HOT CHOCOLATE, it’s almost only MILK+ Some foam! !!!! Only very light chocolate flavor at the bottom. and it cost 4 euros. I find other commends also complained about the same problem

And one staff seems can not understand hot chocolate in English also I repeated in German Schokolade, still seems not understand, later another lady come and help.

This shop can exist only bcos travelers passing by Frankfurt buy it. Ppl who live in Frankfurt will never come again

The lady asking me about my vaccinations (only AFTER I ordered and received my order) did that in a totally unintelligible way and when I did not react quick enough she started muttering ´Polizei´. If you hire somebody, at least verify that person speak proper German.
