The rooms were clean in the first day but the following day the beds were not made. The location is very good. However, some guests started a party, the smell was bad, lots of noise during the night and despite i advised the issue in the reception, no one did nothing.

Not recommend for families. I was chasing the hotel to Clean the room. No trolley and had to take all the luggage myself to the room. Small elevator. Reception are helpful and trying their best. Difficult to find parking, though they can arrange for you a discount for a nearby parking house.

Loved the room. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was descent. Centrally located and we'll connected. Very clean bed. 3 mins walk to tram stop and 5 mins walk to metro. 20 mins walk to old town.

The immaculately clean room, incredible staff, and central location made this the perfect hotel for my family to explore Düsseldorf.

We stayed here for a couple of nights to see the city. Instead of being just a room, selecting this hotel became a highlight of the trip. The staff was so accommodating and helpful even before we arrived. The room itself was one of the cleanest, nicest rooms I've ever stayed in, and the location was about two blocks away from Immermannstraße, which was my daughter's must-see part of the trip.

I was a little caught off-guard by having the check-in and the room in different locations, but having rented the apartment, it made sense and was actually a bonus that the room was on Wagnerstraße. Overall, I cannot over-exaggerate how much I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is completely new renovated,simple but stylish. It's the perfect location to visit Düsseldorf since it is close to the central railway station and close to the city center too. The staff is very polite and friendly speaking many languages too.The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend it for a stay in Düsseldorf and would visit again!

Cozy renovated rooms, very nice staff. I don't see an A/C in my room so might be uncomfortable in summer. Something to be considered. I had a pleasant time so 5 stars.

Clean quiet hotel - I recommend it
