We were only one night on the way. We booked hoping to have parking, but we were inform that parking is full and we had to use other place to park which was more expensive . Room was without air-conditioning, which was not so nice during the heat. Breakfast was nice with good choice.

I didn’t end up staying due to a health Emergency, but the staff were willing to work with me and left me satisfied.
Will check them out if I make it to Dusseldorf.

Clean and well-presented hotel with friendly staff, nicely-equipped rooms and a large selection for breakfast. Impressed!

They have incompent people staffing their booking.com reservations who although they accepted my date change request, did not click 'accept' and because of this they had no more free space the day before I was supposed to arrive. They also declined to make a refund or change the date to a friendlier time. Scam-artists.

It was very clean, my room was great. Bed linen was spotless: Very caring staff. I was very satisfied.

Location was great, close to the old city center and very close to the main station.

The room were good, and the bath is great.
Breakfast cold be better, it could offer more options, it's a bit limited.

General cleanliness can be improved. We even found a half eaten candy bar in the refrigerator of the room.
