Staff friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast. Nice room. Nice hotel and decor. However, was totally taken aback when told that rooms are only cleaned every other day. As I was there on business, the last thing I needed was to make the bed and take out the rubbish. That polícia should be reviewed.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice. But it was very loud. We got a room on the second floor and you could hear all the cars passing by. On top they were doing renovation so it was loud from the inside too. We couldnt rest as we wanted to. At least we should have get another room on the floor they werent renovating a the time.

The bathroom is dated but has a bathtub (which is often hard to find at this price in city centres).
The staff were friendly.
The lift is a bit slow and there are many stairs throughout the building.
The decor is nice, it has a chic black look. Wi-fi is free and the connection is fine.
I would stay again.

We were staying for 4 days. The room was very nice and quiet. The bed was great but the pillow was in my opinion to soft. All the facilities were great. Kind and friendly staff.

Simple and modern Hotel. Clean and very well located. Has a Kebab store right on it's side open until 4 am, and the hotels bar is open all night.

Modern hotel, situated in the centre of Düsseldorf. It has a 24 hour reception. A elevator is also available. Also very specious rooms. Well cleaned and with all you need. The breakfast was also wide and delicious. From different

Super duper friendly and helpful staff. I was on my way to get breakfast (7:00am) and I asked the gentleman at the reception if I my room could be the first to get cleaned by the house keeping because I needed to start working and wanted to have the cleaning as soon as possible. When I was done with my breakfast my room was already cleaned and ready to go and the house keeping does not start until 10:00. I was not really expecting it. That's what I customer care. Thank you so much again, you made my day. ????????????

Breakfast is good. Plenty of different kind of bread and fruits.

Great atmosphere. Standart rooms are small but clean and functional. Not much of a view from the back side rooms. If you want a view all for it when booking, or upgrade to comfort rooms.
