Better than expected. We paid €60 per night and although it’s not superb it’s better than expected. Comfy beds, new furniture and a clean bathroom. Nothing fancy, but good. Coty centre is about 10-15 minutes walking. The receptionist didn’t speak that much English. They could’ve had more leaflets about the city at the reception too.

This hotel is close to both city center and main train station. However the single room is furnished very old and not cleaned well. Finally, sound can easily pass the walls.

STAY AWAY from this place.
The room stinks, the service is the lowest i have ever ran into, the room is much smaller than the actual photos the hotel is publishing.
I had a water leak and half of the room was stink from the floor carpet and the hotel did not provide any kind of solution.
Dont get into this place even for free.

We called and booked four weeks ago. Three rooms for two persons each. We gave the person on the other end our last name and he ensured us that this was enough to complete the booking.

Upon arrival none of the rooms we reserved were available and we were presented with the option to take two suites or four rooms. The lady whom presented us with these options didn't apologise once and kept on pushing us by demanding to know which option we would take immediately.

Very poor customer service and definitely wouldnt recommend this to anyone.

Very small, I think they try to keep it clean but I noticed small orange bugs in the rooms. They were nice and switched me but even the new room had the bugs.

Rooms and bathroom are super small. Reception could be improved, there is no breakfast althought reservation was with breakfast included. It is near the city center and Mc Donalds is round the corner.

Great location, friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was basic and clean. Water in the shower was only lukewarm.
