Great place to sip German beer! Food is not the best

Horrible service, reduced menu

This used to be a pretty good place to eat, especially if you were between trains at the station. But they’ve deleted about half of the menu, including the things I like to eat with sausages. Plus, the service is atrocious: waitresses will tell you that they can’t help you because the other waitress has your table, but the other waitress cannot be found, or is too busy putting away glasses to take your order!

Quite typical German food but I feel this place is really more of a touristy money grab than a actual local go to restaurant.

The service was just okay, even the server is cool and friendly and come and chat with us, but their service level can only match with a fast food chain.

The food is just alright as well, nothing special just like any touristy German restaurant would serve, no detail in seasoning nor flavor, no special spice.

They also lack of beer options, or cocktail options.

Quite pricy for what it is.

Convenient bar/restaurant. In the main train station. Near platforms 13/14. Clean, friendly staff. Clients, well it is a train station. Otherwise. Great. Clean toilets. I have not tried the food but this company has high standards. So should not disappoint.

We didn't like the place at all, primarily because of the non-existent service and rude personnel. This all has been topped off with a physical u0026 verbal fight between a waitress and a customer that eventually led to an ongoing conflict. The police needed to intervene in order to reestablish order. Annoying and disturbing for everyone around.

Very rude staff. I didn't know they didn't accept cards, so I told the waiter I could go to the ATM to get some money to pay for the beer. He called his colleague (supervisor?), a very unpolite lady who started raising her voice and speaking in German I was wrong because cards was only over €10. I told I didn't speak german and she yelled "NO ENGLISH" and just continued giving me a lecture, while she wouldn't even try to listen to my ATM proposal. Worst treatment ever. Don't recommend at all.
