This place is a blessing for vegan food lovers. I had the vegan falafel bowl today, it was so fantastic that I felt like giving these guys a call and thanking them profusely.

Worst possible service ever. 1) no cutlery like fork for a take out! 2) it's a Bag train station. People are on the run. You have 5 people: 1 working and 4 doing nothing! 3) your workers are arrogant and rude.
Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the salad often from deanu0026david and normally I always get the one or two pieces bread, today I was asking it and the Service said he doesn’t have it. But there is the bread in the kitchen if it’s didn’t see it wrong ????????u200d♀️I don’t know......in other deanu0026david or online delivery would be better
And, it is not that fresh

Customer care really disappointing,the lady at the counter i believe Jackie is her name, has talent for shouting when speaking to customers, in my opinion very rude I find!
I hope it wasn't just because of my inability to express myself in her native language,or that I am of African decent because after me the rest seemed to have gotten better service??
Also the way she seems to order around her colleagues!
Most Dean n David's I've been to always have good service but this one here...its a NO!
My wrap was to be warmed up she pushed me a tray of hot tea and a cold wrap
Not recommend!

I've tried 3 times this franchise, wraps and salads. Overall relatively tasteless, somewhat healthier than average train station food but also pricey. The dressing of the salad was twice without any taste. The wrap which was made fruits nuts and goat cheese managed to be also quite boring.

Mornings always a rush at all eateries on main station but its worth the wait. You can pay by card which is big plus. Brownies and Macha Latte (with Soya Milk) are highly recommended. Sandwiches/Salads are just ok.
