This is my third visit to Düsseldorf, and the first two times I arrived, I simply found my way to anywhere I needed to go, but the third time I got confused, most likely due to a few changes at this central train station.

I must confess that the entry is lovely, and the long walk through the hallway to both south and north ends is equally enjoyable. However, as is customary, one cannot find a socket to
charge his phone while waiting for trains to connect, and the phone battery is nearly gone.

Passengers are irritated by these minor inconveniences because they need to communicate with family and friends, close associates, or are expecting a phone call for a job interview. In any case, I give it a five-star rating.

It's fantastic to pass through this train station.

Düsseldorf Central Train Station, in general it is a very well organized train station. The fact that almost all trains are parallel to one another is very useful, creating the opportunity to have all the shops and corridor below all the traks. I like the design of it. Although I have to mention, that I have experienced some delays there.

This station demands no introduction. located in the center of Dusseldorf - this offers sbahn,u-bahn, Re , ICE and more. clean and equipped with restaurants inside this station deserves five star review. information board and bulletins easily available.

Good station and most of the line has escalator or lift that help people to reach them.

Always crowded as other main city train stations in Germany. Good thing is, you can buy food, medicines u0026 other daily need stuff even on Sunday's when regular market places are usually closed(suggetion to check online since some stores close around 8pm). Small lifts in the middle u0026 escalators on both ends of every platform are available to ease movement across station. Free WiFi is available.

one Euro for using the bathroom, no one even cleaning it, machines let you in and out, the alarm goes off when you pull your suitcase through as if someone was going in with you. This is a crime against all poor peoples. Taking poor people's dignity, which is violation of the first law in germany!

Deeply disappointed in their staff behavior and what they provide as “customer service” and “information”. Inaccurate information, messy schedules and extremely rude staff. I’ll try to avoid passing by in the future inless absolutely necessary!

We had tickets to Amsterdam and because of the bad weather, they had some issues with the system. Instead of listening and trying to provide information and a feasible route, they kept giving us inaccurate information and when we called them out on their mistakes which was repeated 3 times, wasted our whole day, caused us to miss a day in vacation, almost got lost in stations without any information or help, we were told to “shut up” because they had “alternative routes” which we tried three times. They got aggressive when we complained and said enough is enough. We ended up having to stay the night at a weird hotel at the station and travel the next day. Imagine we had to figure out what was their repeated mistake and tell them how to get around it ????u200d♂️
