We enjoyed our time at this hotel. The rooms are cheap, but functional. A huge plus is the airconditioning since it was 30 degrees Celsius outside when we stayed here.
The staff were very friendly and professional, with a special mention to Robert Hahn at the front desk who helped us with what we needed and even swapped our rooms out when the floor we were previously on was suddenly flooded with loud people who wanted to party.
If you’re looking for a cheap option that allows for a comfortable stay while you go out to explore the city during the day I totally recommend this hotel.

It's the second time I come to Düsseldorf, and I decided to book an ibis hotel this time.

This one caught my eyes directly. Litterally next to the station (there is even a door to enter in the hotel from the station, what else?), with shops u0026 transport right on the other side of the street.

The staff is so kind and listening to your need ! I booked a single room which had two small bed, and when I arrived, the staff asked me if I wanted to have a single large bed, which was adorable.

The room are really comfortable, (I would just mention the fact there is no solid soap or so, it's only a liquid soap fixed on the wall for the hair, face, body + also take your washcloth, I didn't receive any during the stay.) About the view, from the window, you can see the inner court of the hotel, with a small pond, it's lovely. There is really no noise at night.

The breakfast is really delicious and diverse (I would like to mention this adorable lady who was in charge to note the room number and clean the meal trays ! She has so much positive energy, was so kind and had a big smile, that was really cool to see her every morning !)

I am pretty sure I would go back to this hotel for my next trip to Düsseldorf.

Hotel located in a very convenient place next to the station. Room was functional. Bathroom small, shower smaller. The bed was the downfall. The mattress was lousy. The mattress topper must have been polyester or plastic as it didn’t breath and so heated up to entirely uncomfortable temperatures. The bed sheets were polyester and didn’t breath and the duvet was far to heavy. I removed the duvet from the cover but was still far too hot. The mattress was at an angle as one side was sagging, I presume from people just sitting on the side of the mattress for months. Worst sleep I’ve had in a hotel in 25 years. The receptionists were very professional, polite and pleasant. Not at all their fault. Ibis needs to up their game as this was a very unpleasant night.

Location hotel is very strategic as it was my 1st time in Duesseldorf. This ibis is really near with my favorite destination for culinary visit in little tokyo, near with station, near with big supermarket, tram station and bus station. Price per night wasn’t too expensive but the service was really worth!! The boss and all staffs were very kind and welcomed ! They ve helped me lots with my early check in and late departure for keeping my luggage. Perfect place to stay and thanks to them i’ll be back soon to this city after my holiday trip to Indonesia ❤️❤️

In terms of location, I think no other hotels could beat this one. Of course there are some things that could improve, but for 50 euros per night, I think that’s completely fine. If you’re a person who doesn’t care about luxury but only need a place to sleep in a perfect location for your trip, this hotel is the best.

An Ibis Hotel is an Ibis Hotel : consistently standard.

The service staff were friendly and welcoming in general. The room does its job, the wifi works, the bathroom is fine with both the heating and showers. The bed's fine. The location's perfect, it is right within the main train station and good for exploring both Dusseldorf or the surrounding area via train.

It cost less than 100 SGD a night for its location which is pretty decent value.

Very easy access to central station , walking only 1-2 min to every gate ! It was cool for me
The room is clean and the staff was helpful and kind too
