very rude cashier lady when i paid with contacless card and took the card away "too fast" as she said even when the payment was already done. not a nice vie, besides that the bread was tasting like it was a day old already.

if you dont like customers that why work in a customer facing position. le crobag really should look and get rid of some of these grumpy staff at this location as this isnt customer friendly.

The pastries are really delicious but the staff was unfortunately a bit rude.

I ordered a sandwich and a cafe macchiato to a black male stuff at 9:30AM 5th of March at Le Crobag. Before I say the size, he started to make the coffee with the machine. I compromised and tried to pay. The price was M-size coffe but the cup seemed the smallest, so I asked him which size is this? Then this man got outraged and shouted "This is M-size! Omg Chinese, all Asian only caring money" and he repeated this sentence 3 times while shaking his head. I received the coffee with no lid and no receipt for the order but scared to ask. This person was already taking a new order from also an Asian looking lady. Then he started to say these prejudiced comments "All Asians Chinese caring money" again, even though she is quietly ordering bakeries. It was a Sunny Saturday morning, maybe this guy was in a bad mood. But he absolutely made my (also to the lady after me) day awful and devastated. Nothing to do with human race, felt very unfair. Egg sandwich was very tasty. Macchiato tasted sad. I don't wish him to be laid off, but just don't want other victims.

WORST STAFF EVER!!! My boyfriend ordered a coffee from a guy here. He prepared the coffee and left it on the counter and went away. Then came a female staff and took back the coffee in her hand and was not ready to give back the coffee to us. She was shouting and asking the guy if we "really" ordered the coffee and if we paid for it. After holding onto it for around 5-7 minutes, she finally let go and DID NOT EVEN CARE TO APOLOGIZE!!! Please avoid this place!

BE CAREFUL! September 17 9 pm paid € 2.30 a € 2 coin, a 20 cent one and a 10 cent one the seller engaged to talk with his friends took money and then said that I gave 2 20 cent coins a from 10, OK took € 2, and lost a customer. BE CAREFUL !

BE CAREFUL! 17 settembre 9 pm pagato 2,30 € una moneta da 2€,una da 20 cent e una da da 10 cent il venditore impegnato a parlare con le sue amiche ha preso denaro e poi ha detto che ho dato 2 monete da 20 cent una da 10, OK ha preso 2€,e ha perso un cliente. FATE ATTENZIONE !
