Hotel is one floor of old building in terrible shape. There is very unpleasant smell inside. Lot of trash inside of the building.

A drunk guest (who had nothing to do with us) broke our door at midnight. The hotel did not offer us any other room nor did they help us in any way. We had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night, on our own. They told us they would refund us all the money, but they have not. Absolutely disgusting "hotel". Conditions of the rooms were terrible.

I booked a room without executive bathroom and was extremly happy to hear upon checking in that I can stay at Mondial part of the hotel in much much better room! Staff was just fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. I can not find any downside to my stay at this hotel! Thank you! :)

You get what you've paid for
There are 3 things which are of concern - the toilet is 1 per floor, the shower is somehow messed up - even the most light touch changes output temperature dramatically, the remote to TV is not working. Apart from that it is ok

Hotel is fabulous and well located. The only thing windows do not close, sheets stink of smoke and the toilet is rather on the dirtier side.

I think about this as not a hotel, but more of a slightly run down apartment house who happens to change tenants frequently. Extremely expensive for services provided. Hotel prices in Düsseldorf change based on events going on in the city, I came during some medical expo. + close to city centre + good WiFi connection - not so well furnished (at all)- not so clean - noise from the street, especially at night - quite cold (November) - not very nice neighbourhood - extremely expensive for service level (€530 for two nights)

The location was pretty ok, not too far away from the train station. The rooms are fine also, however the group toilet was rather disgusting.
