Reception is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are good decorated.
Breakfast is more than average. Location is perfect. Quite and secure
place. So close to nightlife, königsgalle and haubtbahnhof. I suggest
the hotel to everyone that is not specially looking for luxary.

Location: not the best place in town but save. Near the train station and city center. Rooms: nice and tidy but rather small. Spacious bath. Hairdryer did not work. Service: very nice team. Overall: if you are looking for place where you get good value for your money's worth, this hotel is fine. However, I would not suggest it for longer stays.

Low quality/price ratio. Everything is quality-cheap. First impression when checking-in is bad. Reception desk very much disorganized. Hotel has awful and old decoration overall. When I arrived to the room in a cold afternoon (5-degree Celsius), the window was left open and thus the room extremely cold; only one heater in the room and it did not heat enough. I had to use additional blanket. No heater on the so-much cold bathroom window. Both room and bathroom windows were single-glazed windows. WiFi always performed poorly -- I couldn't Skype (neither video or voice-only) and barely could browse web pages.

Very friendly, helpful staff and a great location. Room was clean and tidy.
The shower had a mind of its own and cycled between warm and scalding at apparently random intervals.
The breakfast buffet was OK but I have had better for cheaper at other places.

Great price - service ratio! Would totally recommend there small but clean rooms and superb beds. Unbeatable location and really friendly personnel.

Good value for money. However when I've been there the elevator was broken and I had to face the stars until the 4th floor. Good for exercising but not at all for children and old people

Bussines trip, staff spoke english, nice reception, reasonable room size, free wifi, could watch youtube. Diner are not the largest, had space for about 20 ppl, but no more. Elovatot for disabled acces. I think reception worked close to 24/7. Called taxi for us when asked. Nice central location.
