The hotel staff is super friendly and helps with any problem. The breakfast is very extensive and very tasty, I especially liked the selection of different juices. Unfortunately the hotel has to turn off the air conditioning between 10pm and 6am due to noise. We had to open the window overnight because it got too warm, I can understand the neighbors complaining about the noise and the hotel not being able to do anything about it. I would book this hotel again and again.

Very clean and nice hotel with bright rooms. The breakfast was rich with some healthy options.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, especially Leo from the bar, who was extremely kind and gave us some great advices and insider tips for exploring the city. We would highly recommend this hotel for a weekend trip and will surely come back.

The air conditioner of the whole hotel was broken and the room was very hot. But the personal was very nice and gave us two small but not so hot rooms without extra fees. Then we changed back to another room. Everything except that was very good. The breakfast was very lush.

Super friendly staff, really nice hotel overall. Although some points of improvement, the TV in the room was not working and wasn’t fixed during the stay. Food was good overall, but not crazy impressive. But overall it was a good stay and I would come back.

I had a great stay coming from the US. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Hotel is in a convenient location and i enjoyed the food i had at the breakfast and bar area. Very hospitable service, Brighton was especially helpful and pleasant

From start to finish our experience in this hotel was absolutely fantastic! Upon arrival we were met by a gentleman by the name of Leo I believe, who could not have been more attentive to us. In-fact all staff were so attentive and pleasant. Our room was very clean and spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the room has a digital safe and usb sockets that are very convenient when travelling. The hotel also had a very comfortable bar area which had a great selection of cocktails which are very reasonably priced.
The hotel is ideally situated with a tram stop just a short walk away for when heading into the city , the train to and from the airport stops right by also and there is a Lidl and a garage across from the hotel. Overall this was a great experience and I will highly recommend this hotel to other people travelling to Düsseldorf.

WiFi service is non existent in most rooms meaning it is useless for any kind of business stay.
I've stayed here 3 times in different rooms/floors and have tried many devices. The WiFi connects but has very poor or no Internet access and then you get kicked off every few hours.
I shouldn't have to hotspot my mobile phone in a modern hotel to get superior Internet. Especially in Germany where mobile data service is among the worst in the world.
Rooms are clean and functional though.
