Cheap and Okay!
I may be biased as I am mainly here because it is close to my home and for 25€/month there are better options out there nowadays. Nonetheless, the Fitx is not that dirty, the ventilation works and the managers see that the weights/benches are sorted. While the staff see that the cleaning areas are refilled, I wish they would tell more people to clean their benches, weights, etc.. It was respected during Covid, but now people really don’t care about cleaning their equipment..
Overall decent for the price, contract is fast to finalize, and the staff isn’t unfriendly.
Just avoid it in the peak hours (afternoon/early evening) as it is really crowded.

I got my membership card at this store. At first I thought the service was good and the staff was friendly. But after 3 months, everything everything changed. The staff's attitude is very bad, disappointing and very unfriendly. I have also been to other Fit X in Dusseldorf . Any of them have better service than this one. Will not be going back to this one. I hope the staff can see this honest review, corona zeit is not a reason why you can not do your job properly.

Best Gym. Great location. Friendly staff. Nice mix of people. Easy parking. Relaxing mood ????

DO NOT SIGN ON HERE. We canceled our contract due to corona and we’re 18 days after the 3 month notification window. So we will now be charged until summer of 2021. We cannot make pause because we have canceled so continue to pay for services even when the gym is closed. These contracts are a scam. the gym even before corona was also not very clean. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE LOW MONTHLY PRICE.

Also the response from fitx. Yes there are clear terms and was reminded of that when I called the company and the man on the phone said “maybe you can’t read”. Great customer service attitude. So enjoy 15 months of free money. My review is a cautionary tale for potential new clients.

Avoid like the plague. Dirty and smelly, no ventilation. Usually the cheapest places are the most expensive at the end

Great budget option, but this location gets extremely crowded. There is often a wait for machines and I have noticed a couple of broken machines every visit. I would really love if it was better ventilated with fans or AC because it gets sooo hot with all the people. Women's locker room is kind of chaotic and isn't the cleanest smelling, but that's to no fault of the staff! The staff seems to be very nice and competent. I really love the drink station and the separate (small) space for women. This location is very convenient but I much prefer the multi-story FitX in Ratingen which is so so nice.
