Nice staff, burgers always cold/ low warm and milkshake sold out they say three days in a row. Fries also cold and not nice, whats happening here? The strawberry cheesecake pie is the biggest mistake McDonald's made so far in Germany, cheesecake doesn't taste like it, maybe better only strawberry. The person who approved the cheesecake needs serious revision on his job.

It's a McDonald's, the taste stays the same pretty much everywhere. The staff was friendly, order was done fast with no issues. Restaurant was clean.

Be careful eating here what a bad experience its a nice and clean mc donalds but I ate here twice the 1st time wasn't bad but I had a sore stomach that night but I did eat lots of street food that day exploring Duesseldorf however 2 nights ago I got just a cheese burger about 9pm what a mistake that was 20min after eating I was tossing and turning for several hours to then nearly throwing up a lung it was disgusting I would never eat here again be warned and check your food it was luke warm at best worst fast food in Duesseldorf

Absolutely horrible experience. Staff is unmotivated and plain lazy, they were very rude when we had trouble with ordering. Tables and chairs were dirty and sticky, and we didn’t see anyone clean within the restaurant. We had to wait around 30 minutes for our order to be done, and they got the order completely wrong. We didn’t get the items we ordered, our fries were cold and very undercooked, and we didn’t get the caramel cold brew we ordered. We had to go back 3 times for them to somewhat get close to what we ordered, and we eventually just gave up. I regret spending my money here.

Horrible! Staff barely speaks English, as a tourist this is important to me! No one was at the cashier and the tablets for ordering weren’t even working only one was working and there was a line of 20 people waiting for one tablet to order. Horrible!

Absolutely disgusting food and service. The food quality is insane. It's like expired dog food. Coffee is disaster also. The worst Mcdonalds I've evet seen
